It is also wise to try and be watchful when you live with people who may end up getting in accidents in the bathroom. For instance, when you live with someone who is disabled, you may need to take note of when they go to the shower, and then check up on them if they seem to take too long there. This is especially so when they take a shower without any assistance. This may seem like a huge hassle, but it may end up being the only thing that saves them in case they end up slipping and falling in the bathroom shower.
In summary, living with people who are likely to be the victims of accidents in the shower can be a tough thing to do. However, by taking the measures outlined above, you can reduce the chances of them ending up hurting themselves. It may seem a bit expensive to do things such as modifying your bathroom and getting the rugs, but the cost of doing this is often much cheaper than providing medical care to them when they get involved in such accidents.
